At the WaterOne Governing Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 9th, we honored Reese Halvorsen as the inaugural recipient of the WaterOne Foundation Scholarship, recognizing exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and dedication to environmental stewardship.  

Halvorsen, a graduate of DeSoto High School, stood out among applicants for a strong record of academic excellence, community involvement, and a clear commitment to protecting water resources—values that align closely with WaterOne’s mission.
